Linear Park & Pavilion

The Pavilion is a central gathering place in our community and is enjoyed by many homeowners year-round. It is a quiet, welcoming outdoor structure designed for small gatherings, friendly visits, and relaxed time spent in the Linear Park. The Linear Park, pathways, and exercise equipment are owned and maintained by the Bridle Estates HOA.

A Space Designed for Community

The Pavilion is located in the Linear Park, a green space that runs through the heart of the neighbourhood. This space was created to encourage connection, fresh air, and neighbourly enjoyment. Whether you want to sit with a friend, host a small family gathering, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment outdoors, the Pavilion offers a sheltered, comfortable place to do so.

The area surrounding the Pavilion is maintained by our contracted landscapers, who handle lawn care, trimming, flowerbeds, and seasonal upkeep. It is supported by the Common Grounds Committee, a group of community volunteers who oversee the space's condition and ensure it remains a pleasant place for everyone.

Who Can Use the Pavilion

The Pavilion is reserved exclusively for Bridle Estates homeowners and their guests. This ensures the space stays calm, respectful, and available to residents who wish to use it.

Because this is a shared amenity, we kindly ask that everyone treats the area with care and consideration. This includes cleaning up after each visit and leaving the space ready for the next neighbours to enjoy.

Available Services

The Pavilion has both electricity and water available.

A few important notes
• The water is not potable, meaning it is not safe for drinking
• Electricity can be used for small devices and light equipment
• Any supplies, decorations, or personal items brought to the Pavilion must be removed after your visit
• All cleanup is the responsibility of the homeowner who booked the space

These simple steps help keep the Pavilion clean, safe, and enjoyable for all.

Booking the Pavilion

To ensure fairness and avoid scheduling conflicts, the Pavilion must be booked in advance.
Homeowners can request a booking by contacting the Board of Directors through the Contact Us page or by emailing the HOA directly. Once approved, you will receive confirmation and instructions for your reservation. Booking ahead ensures that your time at the Pavilion is uninterrupted.

Maintaining a Welcoming Space

The Pavilion is part of what makes Bridle Estates a special community. With thoughtful use and respectful upkeep, it continues to be a place where neighbours connect, families visit, and residents enjoy the beauty of the Linear Park.

If you have questions about bookings, guidelines, or the space itself, the Board is always happy to help.
