ABOUT OUR BOARD
The Bridle Estates HOA is guided by a dedicated seven-member Board of Directors who volunteer their time to help keep our community running smoothly. Their role is to oversee neighbourhood maintenance, manage HOA fees and budgets, uphold community standards, and support homeowners with questions or concerns. The Board also works closely with our committees and our property manager, SIMCO, to ensure the grounds, amenities, and architectural guidelines are well maintained.
The Board meets regularly and provides updates to homeowners after each meeting. They also help organize the Annual General Meeting, manage elections, and ensure compliance with all Restrictive Covenants and community policies. When homeowners reach out, the Board listens, assists, and works to maintain the comfortable, welcoming environment that makes Bridle Estates such a special place to live.
